Experience: MidMichigan Physician’s Group (November 2008 – Present)
Work as a Patient Service Specialist in the float pool checking patients in for appointments, checking them out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing, as well as other miscellaneous jobs as required. Being a float PSS requires flexibility to work in several different offices filling in for permanent employees who need days off.

Global Tan (April 2008 – November 2008)
Worked at the front counter and put the clients in the tanning equipment of their choice. Sell lotions and other tanning accessories. Customer service is top priority.

LaLondes Market (May 2008 – July 2008)
Worked in the Meat Department to serve customers the meat, cheese, or deli item of their choice. Assisted customers in whatever they needed help with. Also had cleaning duties including the back room and the meat room.

Bay Eye Care Center - Midland High School Co-op (July 2006 – June 2007)
Scribe for the doctors to record information about the patient’s eye conditions for the doctor’s future use, administrative responsibilities such as make/file/pull charts and front desk activities including greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, and making copies, as well as other odd jobs as required.
